I have worked in the mining industry since 1988 with copper, nickel, iron ore and lithium from commissioning to plant optimisation. I have commissioned plants from 8mtpa up to 50mtpa in many countries of the world.

Robert Dutcher

Since 1996
Highly skilled and performance driven individual with over 20 years of Construction, Engineering and Commissioning experience of Nuclear and Commercial facilities. A strong technical background with experience in project development, Engineering, Construction and Commissioning of various facilities. Proficient with program development, procedure writing and have performed design change/review/approval activities requiring working knowledge of OSHA, ASME, NFPA 70E, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, INPO and EPRI preventative maintenance programs and NEI guidelines. A construction background coupled with engineering and management backgrounds have aided in the resolution of unique installation problems leading to project schedule savings
